2007 Texas Region SCCA Solo Registration Method

All Drivers must present a current drivers license at registration.

The Annual Registration is a discount program where individuals can pay the registration fees for all nine events at the rate of seven events. For SCCA members, the annual fee is $145 and for non-SCCA members the annual fee is $215. This price is determined by multiplying the discounted online registration rate by 7 events.

To make use of the annual registration process the entrant must acquire the annual registration form as published on the Texas Region web site or by requesting a copy from the chief of registration. This form must be turned in with payment prior to the start of the first event of the season.

Annual registered participants may request their preferred work assignments, efforts will be made to accommodate those preferences, but there are no guarantees as to work assignment or heat.

Online Registration: Link

Texas Region Solo will be using DLBRacing.com for online registration. Online registration requires payment at the time of submitting the registration. DLBRacing.com will direct the entrant to Paypal.com to complete the payment of the entry fees. You do NOT need a Paypal account to use this service. We accept debit cards, credit cards and e-checks as payment.

Online registration for an event will be available beginning at midnight following a regular occurring regional event or roughly 30 days prior to the event. Online registration will close for an event at midnight two days before the event. For a Sunday event, that would mean midnight Friday. In the situation where these guidelines cannot be met, a proper and fair schedule will be determined by the chief of registration.

Mail-in Registration: Mail in Form

For entrants that do not have access to the internet or do not wish to utilize the online process, they may obtain a copy of the mail-in registration form. This form is provided on the Texas Region web site or a copy may be requested from the chief of registration. This form will be available for pickup at all regional events.

The mail-in registration form must be received by the registrar accompanied with payment before midnight two days prior to the event. For a Sunday event, that would mean midnight Friday.

Cancellations and Refunds:

There will be NO refunds after 6am the day of the event, unless otherwise determined by the registrar.
There are NO refunds for any event if you utilize annual registration.

You can cancel the registration prior to the day of the event by contacting the registrar. You can also cancel an online registration thru DLBRacing.com prior to the event. You will then need to contact the chief of registration for a refund of your event fee. An event fee can also be applied to a future event. It is the entrantÕs responsibility to remember this.

All registration methods have provisions for indicating work assignment preferences (i.e., which position you would like to work). There will be no guarantees of position or heat of work. There will also be a provision for indicating special circumstances (i.e. couples who canÕt work/run at the same time due to childcare issues, etc)

Onsite Registration (walk-ups):

Participants may register at the event-site on the day of the event. All entrants will be required to complete an onsite registration form and submit payment at the time of registration.

The Texas Region Solo Board reserves the right to limit the number of walk-up registrations at any event. Events at Texas Motor Speedway, road course, will have a $5 extra fee imposed due to site rental expenses.
